“We have chickens on our farm, 4 cats, 3 dogs, 1 goat, 2 pigs and the two steers. I practice with my steer on showing every day. I walk him about 30 minutes. I have had him since he was a baby. I did good at the fair for my first year showing steers. I got sixth out of my class for fit and show. I got sixth place in market class too. Now he is home for us to feed out and get bigger before we butcher him. It doesn’t bother me because it helps with our food. If we didn’t have animals like this we wouldn’t be able…

“I have two annoying sisters. I live on a farm and we have lambs, hogs, cats, dogs, and chickens. I raise the chickens. I collect eggs; put them in the incubator and 21 days later they hatch. Then I have a plastic box that I put them into for two weeks. We have a pruning house where we sort the big ones to go in the bigger pen with the other chickens. We don’t raise them for meat we raise them just to lay eggs because my Dad is a big fan of eggs.  I am in 4-H and show swine. My sisters show swine too.” #agriculture

“I used to have a dog but we had to put her to sleep, she was like a hundred. Her name was Annie and I was pretty much the only one who could pick her up.
